We provide motorcycles.

WONDERFUL! You've decided to Get Motorcycle Training. This is the best place for new riders to start once they've made the decision to ride. 


In this course we will cover the basics of operating a motorcycle and safety-oriented mental strategies.

This is a two consecutive day course:

  • 15-hours total;

    • 5 hours classroom and 10 hours riding.

  • You will be taught the basics of motorcycle operation.

  • Motorcycles, helmets, and class supplies are PROVIDED.​

  • The mandatory riding gear LIST will be found in your confirmation email.

    • Examples:

      Over the ankle footwear
      Long sleeve shirt or jacket
      Long denim pants

     Full-fingered gloves


  • Have a basic knowledge of rules of the road and traffic regulations.

  • Old enough to legally operate a motor vehicle
    (14.5 years old +).

  • Be able to ride or balance a bicycle.

  • Helpful to have a valid driver's license.

  • If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian MUST be present Saturday morning to sign course waivers with you.

Successful Basic RiderCourse graduates will:

  • Have both the written and riding tests waived at the Tennessee DMV for your M endorsement.​​

  • Receive a Course Completion Card.

    • present to your insurance company to receive a discount on motorcycle insurance - which is required by the State of Tennessee.

    • present to sponsors for free graduation gifts.

The BRC is conducted at a pace that results in successful completion for most novice riders. Our rider coaches will help you learn to the best of your ability.

To successfully complete the course, you must:

  • Attend and participate in ALL sessions.

  • Achieve a minimum score on a knowledge test.

  • Achieve a passing score on a riding-skill evaluation.

Do you prefer your scooter?

If your scooter is smaller than 250 cc, feel free to bring it (must also bring your insurance & registration).
